How We Work
Site Visit
If you are looking for bollards, barriers or electric gates in Birmingham, Nottingham or Cotsworlds, get in touch to book a no obligation consultation. We’ll visit your property and discuss your needs. We’ll answer any questions you may have and examine where you would like your gate installed.
Quote
Once we have clear understanding of what you need, we will be able to provide you with a quote and full breakdown of the costs involved.
Pre-Build
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll move onto laying the groundwork for the gate. Preparing your driveway is key and we’ll carefully ensure it is ready for the final stage.
Build
Once everything is properly prepared, we’ll be able to hang the gates, install the motors and commission it. This should take just a few days and your gates will be ready to use after.
After Sales
When the gate is complete, we don’t simply abandon you. We’ll keep in close contact, and if anything does go wrong, we’ll be back to rectify it.

Techmaintain Limited installed motors to existing gates on my property. We had specific requests for certain features which we felt were necessary and these were discussed and delivered with ease. The team were up to date with current legislative requirements and listened carefully to any queries that we had. Given that the driveway had block paving which needed to be disturbed, the speedy way it was removed and replaced with not a brick out of place was excellent. Would we recommend this company?
